How Do I Type A ‚Euro Sign?

Thanks Mike, You learn something new everyday..all these years I've been holding down Ctrl + Alt and pressing key 4 to get the € sign..

I'm not sure how to do it easily on this forum as there are only a limited number of fonts available, but where you have the option of multiple fonts - as in Word - you simply change to the font called Symbol.  Thus typing kali mera becomes (copied and pasted from Word)  kali mera

I use Alt + 0128 (on the right numeric keypad) for € sign and Alt+0163 for £. Also Alt+0150 and Alt+0151 for en-dash (–) and em-dash (—) instead of standard hyphen on keyboard (-) and Alt+0169 is for © sign.

Press the 123 button, then the #+= button and it's on the keyboard, along with dollar and yen symbols.

Elliemay, our iPad has the £ sign as default, but if you hold that down it does show the alternative currency symobls, including the €!  Still the same number of touches as the first method I found though so it's a matter of personal choice..
