Greek Nights?

Regardless of where you are going, tavern Greek nights are aimed at the tourists, however, many that I have seen, once the touristy bit has finished and the performers have changed back into normal clothes, the evening often drifts into an informal occasion where the locals decide to enjoy themselves. Its never guaranteed, but often worth hanging around for.
Some bar or tavern waiters do a bit of impromptu Sirtaki (Hassapiko) dancing for the guests, not the same as an advertised Greek night.
Your a bit early for village Panigeris, you might be lucky, look out for signs written on old sheets on some roadsides, unfortunately they are always written in Greek so you'll have to work out what they are saying.
