Last night I saw my first two fireflies outside my house and today was the first sunny day with no rain for three weeks. Cold last night as the sky cleared but much better today.
Things are looking up at last.

Hi,
Just seen the first fireflies here in Kavadades, quite a few as well in the olive trees. I am one happy person. Lovely to sit out on the balcony in the dark and see the fireflies and look at all the stars without the dreaded mossie attack.

We saw half a dozen fireflies last week, in the south of the Island. We were hoping to see more, as we were only there for a week.. but half a dozen was better than none!!
