Can anyone tell me the easiest path up to the top from San Stef?  I have been to that lovely bar on the top by car, but would like to walk up and I dont want too steep a hill.  Its not the walking up I find dodgy its walking down a sleep hill, I know that sounds crazy, but then whatt can I say?  Smile

Hi Blondegirl,
If you don't mind a steep hill going up, walk up the road oppisite the Manthos Taverna, next to Nasfika Hotel. You pass lots of Apartments including Angela (where we stay), a couple of villas on your right, then a teeny church.
Just past the church there is a fenced off narrow path, take this until you reach the top headland path, then turn left and keep walking and you will reach the Akrotori Bar in 10 to 15 minutes. There is amazing views and you will pass lots of other walkers.
Now to get back a less steeper way there is a turning about halfway to the Akrotori, you will go past a block of simple apartments on the top then carry on down past more hotel and apartments.
This will bring you out opposite the main supermarket near the beach.

3 weeks to go till Paradise.

Ah so the less steep one is the one that runs behind Kerry's sandwich bar?  What about the other ones down by the side of the church?  I think I may just go up and down the one you suggest!!  Thank you for your help.

We always walk out the road way. Less demanding and brings you right by Gravia Bar for a nice cold one.

Sorry Don do you mean the actual road all the way round to Arrillas?  I appreciate it would be easier, but it would take ages wouldnt it?  I dont really want to go to Arrillas, just the bar on the top of the hill so I can see the view

Turn off the Arillas road to the right not too far after the hairpins. Nice little lane through a "village" and brings you to Gravia bar and cliff path to Akrotiri. Nice gentle walk just about 20 minutes.

The Gravia bar is lovely - lovely views over Arillas and run by Costas (ex Nafsika)  and family - definitely worth at least one visit.

Up the hill past the Tsaros pool bar.  Turn left at the top of the hill.  Follow the path down.
