Hi
I have found a new photo I want to use and have downloaded it but I can't get it to go on my profile. Help! |

Hi Werangels. If the photo was accepted it should show up in the small box on your profile page...did you up date your profile at the bottom of the profile page???

It doesn't show up in the box for your picture. So I got rid of the old picture and it still didn't show up.

Right here's what you have to do to have a Avatar. (1) Click on your PROFILE
(2) Click on the AVATAR UPLOAD just under the box and to the left a bit and it will open in another window.
(3) Above the box where it says FILE NAME..is your photo in there?
(4) If it is click on it and it should appear in the FILE PREVIEW BOX .
(5) Below the PREVIEW BOX there is a "OK" or "Cancel" button, click on the "OK" button.
(6) Now if you Photo is the right size of 125 x 125 then it will appear on you profile page.
(7) Now after all this you have to make sure you UPDATE YOUR PROFILE which is at the bottom of you profile page.

Thank you Bruce. The problem was the upload window wasn't big enough to show the OK or cancel button, so it was there when I made this bigger

I tried to upload too, but unfortunately, the photo I chose, was too big. How do I reduce them?

Hi Lymmbo.
Try this link below, then click on CREATE AVATAR on the left hand side then it's only three easy steps... but make sure you put in 125x125 where it asks for the size..after you have down loaded the resized photo to your computer you can then upload it to this site
