Been looking to hire a Suzuki Jimny in mid August and seen various prices from various companies with the cheapest being Corfu cars 4 hire priced at 245 euro for a week. Has anyone used this company or can tell me anything about there cars, or if there is a reasonably priced company that they have had experiences with? Thankyou

Unfortunately I can't comment on local Acharavi car hire. However, for what its worth. When ever we need to hire a car we use Janis in Kassiopi, perhaps not the cheapest, I don't really know, but like all the hire companies mentioned, superb service.
The point of my reply is that when you find a deal that seems good, and you've checked that it includes all the little extras like collision damage waivers, and what ever else can be added on.
Book it soon, already Janis showed me a pile of advance booking forms, he said he has never had so many this early.
So if you or anyone else see a fair deal, don't hang around waiting to see if you can shave a slither off the bottom line. The choices and options are reducing by the day.
The feeling I get is that from advance bookings in all categories by this time of year, are so encouraging.
I can't remember the last time the vibes felt so positive. But what do I know? I'm just a punter on the fringes of life.
For example, the first yachting flotilla is at San Stephanos on the weekend, (early), we saw our first jeep safari yesterday, we assumed they were hotel reps, but later when we bumped into them (not literally) on our way home, we realised that reps would not be sitting on the outside of the vehicle waving to the locals. We also saw a coachload of folk being sorted out with mountain bikes for some sort of energetic adventure leaving from Emeral Bakery. Takes all sorts I suppose.
Bob.

You could also check out ValuePlus. Based in Sidari, but cover the whole island. Cars can be collected/dropped off at the airport, or delivered to accommodation. We've used them for years. Good cars, excellent service, reasonable rates. You can get a no obligation quote from    info(at)corfucarrental.com  Good luck.

Morning
We've used Corfu cars 4 hire for a number of years now. Never had any problems with them and they have an office in Roda where my wife's friend, Kerry works. She is very helpful and I would have no problem in recommending them. We've booked through them for August this year and they were by far the cheapest I could find. Hope you enjoy!
