This is the latest timetable I can find, updated on 23/06 from the official KTEL site. It's in Greek and English and gives one way fares.

Hi,
We did that run about two years ago, but you do have to go via Corfu town, a nice day out. Had trouble with bus connecting times on return leg, so lost ourselves round by the old fort for a bit. Kassiopi is a nice resort and has nice tavernas round by the harbour area. If you take the trip (was pretty cheap as I recall) I'm sure you will have a lovely day out. Ashley

Hello Ashley, yeah I love Kassiopi and the views out to Albania. Wouldn't mind getting a taxi to Old Perithia while I'm there.
