Sorry have not stayed there but don't worry about the roads, most of them are no worse than the country lanes in Gloucestershire

The main roads in Corfu are fine - just take your time. You can get to Villa Lemonia through Loustri village but it is very narrow and steep in parts. Best to carry on and approach the villa from Kalami if your are worried.

I think that's what I will be suggesting to him, don't get me wrong he isn't that bad a driver but we drove around parts of Cyprus a few years ago and it was a little bit scary in parts. I will be alright after the first few days when we have got our bearings, now just trying to get a flight so it will be light when we get there. Thanks for that advice.

I know Kalami and Loustri well but still would not recommend drive through Loustri for the first time at night. It is fine once you have done it a couple of times. Follow the main road to Kalami then through the village past the White House and the road heads up again towards the villa. A long way round but worth it!!
