My Son and friends, on a student budget, are looking for an island holiday in late June/early July with the option of a ferry or reasonable fight to Corfu to join us for a few days. Any suggestions considered but the main criteria is cost. Basic, clean accommodation and reasonable restaurants and nightlife.

Sue, unless they are prepared for a bit of a truck, Corfu is sort of at the end of the line so to speak.
As far as I know there are no direct links with the other Ionian islands, other than the, as yet, new sea plane service, not confirmed??. (Expensive)
As an example. Levkas, bus to Prevesa-Igoumenitsa, ferry to Corfu.
How about suggesting the other way round. Fly to Corfu, stay a day or two, ferry to mainland, bus to Parga for example. Or even stay in Iggoumenitsa, it's quite nice away from the port, in an old fashioned sort of way. Then back to Corfu for the flight home, Oh and a hose down and a feed up at Mum's.
Jesus wants me as a sunbeam. And a jolly good sunbeam am I.

Thanks Bob - we were struggling to find any links to other islands. Sea plane sounds fun but possibly out of budget and all domestic flights seem to be via Athens.

Also why arrive and leave from Corfu?  Nearby airport are Prevesa (for Lefkada) and also Cephalonia....some good island hopping ferries and bus journeys in between.

Only need to return via Corfu. Can fly direct to another island from UK. The issue is the domestic link back to Corfu as this limits their choices (they would love to do some island hopping)

If your son has an NUS Extra card/account he can log into their website and get discount codes for low cost holidays and easyjet holidays (as a newly returned student, I'm obsessed with using my NUS card!)

Hi there. Alas, various firms mastering this market segment only encourage students to copy-paste they did, for example, some firms advertise their work according to the principle “Order a diploma now - get paid services for practical work as a gift”. Some of them are introducing real savings "cards" or discounts for freshmen. And they don't write very well. Guys, what about this https://www.customwritings.com/research-papers.html professional research paper writing service? Write your reviews?
