Mythos do a red beer which is like a UK beer
As regards UK beers eg John Smiths ect consider this the beer only has a celler date of 4 weeks and should be kept cold at ALL TIMES not stuck behind a bar for most of the summer. The only time the beer is cold is when its put through a cooler STILL ITS YOUR CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO PAY 4 EUROS FOR THIS 
for me its a fresh bottle every time, I dont care if its Mythos, Vergina, Fix or Alfa

So you'll be drinking Amstel then Razaker most Greeks Ive met wont touch Mythos. Vergina seems to be getting more prevelent in some parts of Greece, we were paying 1.50e at the pool bar for it for 500ml which is more like it! Actually prefer it to Mythos, Alfa is ok too.
