Kalami Bay
Kalami bay is set nestling below the North East Corfu hills and famous for the Durrel's 'White House' and beautiful beach. Kalami is a popular destination for couples and also suits a family holiday; families with both young children and teenagers will find this resort an ideal holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the busier towns on the island and yet typically Greek.

Kalami, Kalami, Corfu Resort Guide, Corfu Travel Guide
Set in an ideal location between the pretty bay of Agni and the quiet harbour of Kouloura.

Kalami, Kalami, Corfu Resort Guide, Corfu Travel Guide
Part of Kalami's charm is the mix of local people together with tourists. (Local fisherman are often seen early each morning on Kalami beach.)

Agni Bay

Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.

Nissaki

Nissaki Corfu Agni Travel

Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town

Krouzeri Beach

Kalami Corfu Agni Travel

Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.

Back to Top of PageHow to get to Kalami

By Car
Follow the main coastal road from Corfu town towards Kassiopi. The road is windy and has many sharp bends as you go towards the North East of the island, so go careful, but to help, many of the worst bends have strategically placed mirrors to help you. The last village on the main road that you will pass through is Loustri. Look out for the signpost to Kalami, it is on your right. Follow the smaller twisting road down the hill, where the road starts to incline there is another turning on your left, this is to Kouloura, bear to your right and follow all the way down to the village.
By Bus
There is a bus that goes from Corfu town that will take you to the top of Kalami - on the main road. These buses are every couple of hours approx during the summer months. Walk down the hill opposite the bus stop. Coming back up may be a bit more of a hike!!!

Kalami Water Sports

Corfu Yacht Charter

There are several ways to charter a yacht in Greece and explore the Greek coasts and islands. Bareboat chartering, skippered or day charter.

Yachts, Kalami, Corfu Resort Guide, Corfu Travel Guide
It will not suprise you to find that many rich and famous visit Kalami - via their luxury yatchs! Sadly, they rarely leave their comfort and only watch from a far!
Being very sheltered, Kalami offers good holding for yatchs and many choose to stay over night.

Back to Top of PageShopping in Kalami

Two Gift shops in the village selling tourist goods, ceramics, crafts and lace goods. There are also foreign newspapers to buy.

Supermarkets
Three small supermarkets in the village, all of these will deliver heavy goods for you, i.e. Bottles of drinking water, crates of beer and wine! The supermarkets sell all the basic essentials, including ice cream and newspapers.

Back to Top of PageUseful Kalami Information

Exchange/Money
There are two exchanges in Kalami. Both will change travellers cheques and foreign currency. (Note: Sterling travellers cheques are said to be the best option) There are two tourist offices with information on the area, and they will also arrange car hire and trips to other areas of the island.
Telephone and Post Box
Public telephone in centre of the village, this telephone requires you to purchase a card, these are available from the supermarkets and tourist offices in the village. There is a post box in the centre of the village opposite the telephone.
Children's Facilities
There is a play ground near the cocktails and dreams bar, situated on the right as you come into the village. Although the playground is safe as it has an enclosed area be aware that it is near some steps so supervision is a good idea.
Disabled Facilities
Being that Kalami is set on a steep hill getting down to the village without a car, may present a problem, although once in the village the main road through where the shops, bars and tavernas are situated is flat.

We went to Albania about 3 years ago, we were staying in Kalami and booked with Sunshine Travel (check out their web site). We were driven to the port at Corfu, had a lovely ferry ride to Saranda, were taken to a hotel for a drink, a lovely coach ride to Butrint, which we enjoyed, returned to Saranda for a lgood late lunch at the hotel, we then had about an hour to spare, we had a good look around Saranda, yes we saw a few beggars on the sea front, we then went back to the hotel to catch the coach back to the ferry. We have been to Corfu lots of times and never really wanted to go on the trip, but we were with some friends who wanted to go, so we went as well, I'm glad we did, Saranda did not seem quite so "gray" as it looks. The Albanians have had things really bad in the past. If I went again I would go on an organised trip, the tour guide was very helpful and told us a lot about the country.

I think it all depends where you stay with mossies. I used to get bitten to pieces but the last 3 visits and staying down by Kalamionas Beach I only got 6 at the most. I still use plug ins and sprays all the same and use plain soap and not too much "smellies." We're there from June 10th so we may be able to compare notes!!

Paulaf the weather towards the end of June is fabulous - may be worth just taking a cardigan/sweater for evenings just in case of a breeze on those suntanned arms. I cannot give you a view on the restaurants as I know Kalami better but can confirm that Dimitris is still there (on the main road above Kalami) with superb views over the bay - presume it is the same place.
If you go into the tourist office there are generally leaflets with prices for boat hire. I think you are looking at about 40/50 euro per day plus the fuel used.

Hello all
After much searching and mulling over we finally chose a holiday in Paleo, this was over Arillas, Kassiopi & Kalami so I hope Paleo shows us a good but relaxing time.
We have been to Lakka on Paxos the last couple of years but we fancied somewhere different and a bit cheaper and with less chance of having to spend a night in Kavos because the transfer got messed up!! Tongue

I've had some good advice on the area from Trip Advisor and done a bit of research myself, am looking forward to discovering the delights of the local beaches, food & drink, an extra hint or tip from anyone would be more than welcomed!

We're staying at the Belvedere from 20th September for 1 week, and we're thinking of hiring a car, preferably a small Jeep for a day or two, I've looked on one or two websites but they seem a bit steep 170euro for 2 days on one site, call me a skinflint if you like!
Any tips on a place we might be able to hire for a better price? We don't mind an older car as long as the hire Co is fair & reliable.

Thanks in advanceSmile

Hi Sue, I think you would walk up the hill at the Gialiskari end of Kalami or the hill before the White House, not really sure but may be around a 20 minute walk.  Have a wee look on the Villa Plus web site.  I was just hoping someone on the site had already stayed and could give me a few hints and tips.

We've been to Kalami five times and spend as many evenings (and lunchtimes) as we can in Taverna Nikolas in Agni. The food is always fantastic, Perikles (the owner) and his staff are so friendly and the trip around in Yanni's boat (not a speedboat like Taverna Agni) is so relaxing it's just finishes the evening off. We'll be there next Monday for two weeks, can't wait!!

We enjoy all the tavernas in Kalami, but tend to go to Thomas's most...no particular reason...but we also visit the White House and the Beach Taverna for a change. Sometimes we walk around to Koulura for lunch and for a special treat we might go up to Dimitri's which is above Kalami...they will send a minibus/car for you if you book and will bring you back. As for tipping we usually do as we do at home and leave about 10%
Hope this helps and that you have a lovely time time and enjoy the food/atmosphere/views wherever you eat.

All the Tavernas in Kalami are good. White House has a larger menu.
100% you must take the trip to Agni Bay - there are x3 restaurants. Nikolas' which has the little fishing boat taxi service is a traditional Greek family taverna and the Agni Taverna is more expensive and a more contemporary menu but is excellent (speed boat taxi). The 3rd Toulas is also good but they do not operate their own boat but will arrange a pick up if you call them.

Maybe the best idea is to hire a car and use it as a base if you are not happy. Parking in Corfu town itself is a nightmare but there are plenty of beautiful beaches and places to visit within 1 hour drive. The roads should not be too busy in early June. Suggest one day you should head to Kalami/Kaoloura and then end up in Kassiopi which your daughter will probably enjoy as they are a lot of local shops plus a harbour .. Other days could be Old Perithia, Paleokonstrista - the list is endless. Of course there is also Kavos!!

How do you feel about driving on Corfu. The roads are very twisty and narrow in parts but it is a lovely drive over the hills to towards Kalami. There are also buses to Kassiopi but they do not stop in a lot of the villages enroute (ie. Kalami/Kaloura/St Stepanos) but on the main roads above which will leave you a fair trek down.

Cannot help with the pool query I'm afraid. Suggest if you can get a boat up to the north east of the island (Agni/Kalami/Kaloura area) you should go for it. Corfu town is lovely and very old but you would need transport to see the other areas on the island. How long are you visiting for?

Does anyone know the rules on mooring in Kalami Bay. The jetty is immediately in front of my house and I have received an enquiry from a family who have a 8 metre inflateable boat. The jetty itself has the words 'no parking' painted on the side but it is not a proper sign. We have often tied up a hired boat here during the day with no problem but have always ensured we are not in the way incoming tourist boats.  Any information on who to approach to find the correct info would be much appreciated.

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying to contact Gina at Asonitis Adonis Apartments in Kalami. When I click the 'Contact' tab on their website it just comes up 'Guest Book', so I can't get an e-mail address there. I have picked up 2 different e-mail addresses through looking at posts that other people have made on this forum (adonis.asonitis(at)gmail.com and info(at)asonitisadonis.gr) but had no response from either. I have also tried ringing 0030 2663 091368 but the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers. I am desperate to contact her to see if there is any availability at the apartments in August. Any ideas?

Just back from an unseasonally wet and windy Kalami. No problems at the airport. Printed off boarding pass and was able to go directly through security as normal. The check in desk was empty so asked just to make sure and they didnt even look at my paperwork just checked I had the boarding pass with me. They scanned my paperwork at the departure gate and all good to go (in fact all went so smoothly we left early with a full flight)  Smile The hand baggage size is very generous and it is so much easier and quicker if you can forgo the heavy suitcase.

Hi Ihwire

I believe you'd need to get two buses each way - Sidari to Kassiopi then Kassiopi to Kalami.  Alternatively you could go Sidari to Corfu town then Corfu town to Kalami
Anyone know the date in August for the Vakarola in Paleo yet?  I want to book flights.

Alison
I think the Vakarola in Kalami is on the same date as Paleo. It's on the second Saturday in August (I think). It was on this day two years and also three years ago.  The big problem is that these celebrations can all be cancelled if anyone dies and as many accidents in cars or scooters seem to happen in the summer months they seem to get cancelled often.

Hi Rob, Panayota Apartments are behind Marika and I think the top floor gives you a sea view and I have only heard good comments about them also there are some apartments without a pool further along the front they maybe called Kalamionas.

Good Luck Sue

Hi All,
We are off to Kassiopi on 6th June for a week & are looking for apartments overlooking Kalamionas Bay. The Marika only have a rear view and the Theopolis have nothing, we noticed also the Nelly apartments however their website no longer works & has not been updated since 2008/9 & we were wondering if any of you out there knows anything re these?

Alternatively does anyone know the name of the apartments above the Virginias (Eucalyptus) Bar?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Hi Pippin2

I'm so glad the books stir such vivid, happy memories of Kalami for you, I always hoped that would be the effect. Quite a few have written to me saying the same. It makes me happy that the book makes others happy.

I'm glad to say the book is still selling well, over 500 sold to date and still going!!! It's no 50 Shades of Grey and I can't see a film coming from it but as long as it cheers people up that's all that matters. Not sold enough to buy a taverna yet either but getting there slowly. Lol

Kalami is lovely this time of year Sidney. The weather is a little unpredictable but it is very peaceful and quiet. The few people who remain in the village have time to chat and are begining to get ready for the summer ahead. You do need some form of heating in the evenings though.

Hi All

My mother and father in law and daughter have just driven over to Corfu, they arrived in Kalami on Sunday 17th after a long eventfull journey.

The beach is covered in whatever has washed up over the winter and the rain has been plentyfull, they are taking footage of a very rough sea front (not quite like the summer...to be posted on their return)

Billy the dog yesterday despite the sea being so rough still ventured in!!

Is anyone interested in seeing images of Kalami t this time of year???

Just over a couple of months to go till I'm back in Kalami and hopefully seeing some of the familiar faces that you get used to when you keep going back!! Still luckily I've got your books to keep me going till then. I say books cos I've got the download and the paperback as well! Well, you can't have too much of a good thing can you!? Lol

Every time I read it I'm immediately transported back there reliving wandering into the little shop with the olive crockery in and out of the little supermarkets with lovely bread and pastries, great when it's cold and frosty here and threats of more snow on the way. At least when I can't travel anymore I'll have all those wonderful memories in your book to take me back to Kalami.

Hopefully it's selling well? Any plans for a follow up? Hope so.

Hi, having been a Kalami regular for a number of years, visiting at least twice a year with my wife, we are doing a little different this year and I will be coming to Kassiopi on July 9th for a few days with the lads (or should I say middle-aged men!).
One of our party has asked about going scuba diving. He has a licence and is wondering if there is a local opportunity for a day or two of diving.
Also we are staying at the Katia apartments which I am led to believe is just outside Kassiopi towards San Stephanos.  Can anyone tell me exactly where so I can see on a map, also how many minutes walk (or staggerWink) from the resort centre.

Any recommendations for Tavernas and bars etc welcome, traditional or otherwise, not interested in how cheap etc, but would like to know any that offer something extra special or different.

All help or comments gratefully received.

Hi Deedee,
Unfortunately, due to ill health in the family, it looks like we'll probably have to miss out on Kalami for the first time in nine years. If things change then we may be able to grab a late booking but not holding out much hope. Will miss not seeing familiar faces and just chilling out in this little bit of nirvana but fingers crossed things may change.

Hi Deedee

Hope you enjoy Imerolia, we went to the seafood taverna on your recommendation last May in a thunderstorm and they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

We also are having a change this year after 7 years in Kalami.  We are off to Dubai, although I keep watching prices for September as we will both miss our fix!

The village of Kalami itself is not too hilly but if you want to venture outside (Agni or Kaoloura) your husband will struggle as Kalami is a cove with hills all around. There are boat taxis during the day and evenings from the jetty and they would enable you to get to Agni, Kassiopi and Corfu Town without any problems as long as he is able to step down onto the boat.

Hi, I'm new on here and have been looking to go to Corfu for a holiday with my husband.
We are in our early fifties, like to relax, maybe sightsee a little and eat and drink in typically Greek tavernas as well as relax on the beach.
We do NOT like very touristy places with lots of drunk people that have no respect for the local culture.
Also, my husband is awaiting a knee replacement at the moment so struggles with walking too much or very hilly areas if there are no lifts etc.
Does anyone have any advice for which areas would be best to stay in please? We looked at Kalami but were a little worried about my husbands mobility there, but not having been there were not sure.
All replies gratefully recieved.Smile

After 11 great holidays based in Kalami we have decided to have  change this year and stay somewhere else.  Not that we are going far - just a few miles north to Imerolia.  Not going till October either - it feels like such a long way off.  We've been in September for the past two years but I find that a little warm for my sun intolerant skin.
It will also be our first non package holday to Corfu, our first time flying with Easyjet and the first time we've arrived in daylight since 2004.  I guess it's our year for firsts.
It's going to be different but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

We went to Santorini last year and loved it, like you we had done 12 holidays in a row to Kalami and Kassiopi and wanted a change. We stayed in Perissa, gorgeous sandy beach (black sand), lovely bars and restaurants along the front. We hired a car, about 20 minute drive from the airport. Mind you it's a small island so you could do end to end in about 40 minutes! We found everyone to be very friendly. No problems with getting sunbeds on the beach, every taverna had their own and if you were buying a drink or food, they were free to use. We've booked again for this September!
Hope you find somewhere you enjoy
Kassioppi and Kalami both sound like possibilities. Would I be right in saying Kassioppi is busier than San Stef whilst Kalami is quieter?

Anyone have any suggestions of places that are not on Corfu?
Hi Charlie7

Kassiopi is more compact that San Stef NW which would probably make it feel busier.  Kassiopi is also generally cheaper than Kalami for accommodation, food & drink.  Not trying to put you off Kalami, we've had 11 great holidays there, just trying to give you information to make your decision.   Another thing you might want to take into consideration is that the beaches at resorts on the north east coast of Corfu are shingle, no sand.  There is a lovely sand beach at Kalamaki though that might be a bit far for a 6 yr old to walk.

Whilst staying at Kalami last September, we drove over to San Stef NW to visit Effy (at 2 Star taverna) who used to work at the A & A at Kalami.  We worked out that we hadn't visited San Stef since 2007, we had forgotton how lovely it is.

If you are looking outside of Corfu you could consider Kefalos on Kos.  I think it is similar to San Stef NW in being an airy, spread out resort.  We haven't been there since 2008 but friends who hve been more recently say it hasn't changed.  Also has a long sandy beach and fits in with your transfer time requirements.

Personally I think Kassiopi is better for older children who would enjoy the busier shops, bars and restaurants. If you just want sun, sea and swimming Kalami would be ideal.  Am sure many would disagree and it is personal choice. As for anywhere else - do you still want Greece?

Check out Kalami on the NE coast of Corfu as that is a pretty, laid back resort.

We will always love Corfu but have definetly found an equal in Santorini. Both beautiful islands but in very different ways. We were there in October so it was pretty quiet, Perissa has the most beautiful beach, and I felt a more relaxed vibe like our beloved Kalami and Kassiopi! The hotel we stayed in for two nights in Fira was incredible, have a google for Cosmopolitan Suites, watching the sunset with a cocktail from their infinity pool was not to be missed. There was only 10 rooms so very quiet.
We are getting Kalami withdrawal symptoms though so I think we'll be back soon!!

Hi Janine,
Congratulations! I got married in 2008 in Kassiopi town hall. This is actually much closer to Kalami and has wonderful views over Kouloura and towards Corfu Town in the distance. There were only 4 of us so we had a wonderful meal at Thomas' Place Taverna afterwards in Kalami. This is right on the beach so we had many of our photographs taken there.
We used Olympic Weddings and found their service excellent. The accommodation we wanted to stay in wasn't with Olympic but this wasn't a problem, we just paid them for the wedding services

Sue I believe your house is virtually at sea level in Kalami, so it may be worth checking the quality of the water and whether it is worth investing in a pump. Just a thought.

Hi Woodie,
I think Sue is also looking for taxis local to the area for guests to use whilst staying in Kalami. That's why I suggested Kassiopi taxis as they are nearer and therefore won't charge so much. I agree that Alfa taxis are excellent for airport transfers.

Hi Sue. Go on The Alfa Taxi site. There very reasonable, good drivers and quality cars.
Collect you at the airport. Excellent service.
When you going?
There offering special prices in May.
Were booked for San Stef N.W in May. Then over to Kalami in June.
Hopefully see you in Kalami!!!
Take care.

Hi,
I would also have a look at Alfa Taxis. We have used them in the past with no problems whatsoever.

http://www.alfataxicorfu.net/Alfa-Pricing.html

Probably also be worth getting  the numbers for the Kassiopi taxis that sit in the square as theses would be most local to Kalami.

Many of the places already recommended are a bit far for a taxi, are they not?  I suppose it depends on your budget :)
The Panorama taverna is close to Kassiopi, up in the hills with lovely views (the clue is in the name!)  Turn left towards Kalami at the main road, and look for a right after about a mile - there's a sign for Panorama at the turning.

10 minutes from Kassiopi.  Ahh lovely, wish I was there right now.
Does anyone rememember the bar with the plastic grass and the big patio doors to keep the wind out. I also remember he had a wayward young daughter. In those days Thompsons used to give you towels and holdalls free, oh how its all changed.
That would be the Albatross Dave but I don't think Varvara the daughter was born in 1984. It has not been open for a few years now, George the owner doesn't seem to be bothered, a shame as it was very popular with a lot of friends of ours. Varvara does the sunbeds on Kalamionas Beach and works in the Kassiopi bars in the evening.

I know its not birds...But Fireflys on Meganissi are magical...

Agree Kalami is good for birds. Stayed at the A & A in July 2009 saw the Honey Buzzards.

Have just received some photos from Kalami and  now not sure if I can wait until April 5th before a visit - it just may have to be a schlepp via Athens in Febtuary. No desperate reason other than missing the place and house. Love the place in wintertime - so peaceful and calm Cry

Hi,
I'm new on here so just droping by to say hi.
I will be coming to Paleo in May for a week on my own. I have read posts and am sure it's safe.

I was wondering how easy it is to get around on buses, as I don't drive. I will be visiting Corfu town which seems easy to do but I would also like to visit Kalami, Kouloura, Kassiopi and areas around Paleo.
How regular are the buses? Also, will the sea be cold?

Any info you can offer I will be very glad to hear.
Hi Deedee, glad you got flights sorted, let us know where you end up stopping, sure you will enjoy. Really love Kalami, but love Kassiopi as well, like the choice of food, from a quick gyro to fine dining, it has it all. lol xxx
Thanks Ann.
Since I booked the flights I've come over all ambivalent about which resort to stay in.  I know we'll have a great time in Kassiopi, I just feel really weird about going to Corfu and not staying in Kalami.  Not going till October so plenty of time to get used to the idea and decide on accommodation.

Hi Steve

You mentioned this to Phil when he was in your shop yesterday (I bought him the wrong size T Shirt!) and we cannot wait to read it.  We are on our 10th year to Kalami in May!

Can anybody shed some light on the first photo at the top of the Kouloura page of Agni Travel ?

We've been past Kouloura several times on a coach and once walked down to Kalami from the top road but I don't remember seeing this view.

Thanks Davyboy and Starmel, thats a must then. Dont mind paying for good food, have spent over 80 euros when we used to stay in Kalami, but got a bit too expensive in some of the restaurants there for our budget. Loved all the meals there and views to die for, but Kassipoi is just as pretty, as is Avlaki. Also love Agni bay restaurants, but dont want to be driving on those nights. Thanks again lol xxx

Hi all,
I normally stay in Kalami but next year am coming to Kassiopi in July with the lads for a few days, I have noted the Katia Aparthotel as being a good looking place to stay, anybody recommend alternatives, close to or in Kassiopi with a pool preferably.

Yes I guess it is a fairly good portrayal given the description - maybe I am just a little blinkered in my little piece of Greece in Kalami. Would like to have seen more of the interaction between locals and Brits that I see rather than Brits creating their own little Britain in the sunshine. But  we all have different places and ideals and you will never please everyone.

Just this minute ordered book from Amazon. Although we do not stay in Kalami when we come to Corfu, we have visited many times during our stays in Dassia over the last 25 years. Looking forward to reading it very much.

Kalimera all

Alas, Kalami is now a distant memory just awaiting our return to rekindle our ongoing love affair. Oh how the days, weeks, months will drag on.

Good news for all those without a Kindle, Apple etc and are stuck for that perfect Christmas pressie, Kalami Where the Sea Shrugs its Shoulders is now available on Amazon as a paperbackClap

It's not as cheap as the Ebook version because of publishing costs but I've kept it as low as possible. Personally I prefer the feel of a paperback but then I'm an old fuddy-duddy still struggling with the technicalities of the TV remoteTongue

If you're fed up with the book by now the paperback version makes a handy door stop or just the right thickness for that wonky table!

Yassou

Am wishing to plant a tree in the garden of my house in Kalami. Would love an olive tree but have been advised against this due to their strong root system. I have a lot of drainage and sewage located underground and need to ensure that this is not compromised. Palm trees are also a no no.
One possibility is a Jacaranda (very pretty but messy).  Do any of you green fingered members have any ideas?

Quite right Lawrence, it was the Caribia Nest. It belonged to the family who have the Venus bar on Kalamionas beach.

I remember very well, over 20 years ago, taking an evening coach trip from Sidari and being dropped off in Kassiopi. We went into a bar next to Janis which is now closed and watched a film, had a few beers and after wondering whether Janis was a bit posh for us (all the polished tiles etc) went in. We were new to Corfu and had a set meal on the terrace, watched the sun go down and couldn't believe how friendly everyone was and what a beautiful setting. We wandered down to the harbour to another bar and had a couple of drinks, although I can't remember which bar, and as it was now dark and all the coloured lights were on, we fell in love with Kassiopi. We've been back every year and gradually got to know both locals and visitors and see them regularly each visit. Watching the series on ITV about Corfu makes me ache inside and I just yearn to get back there. I know it's silly but I can't explain it. I, and my wife of course, love the place and everything about it. Our little bolt hole now, after using many places, is Theofilus House on Kalamionas Beach. Same room every year and we see the same people there each time and it's,...well, just fabulous. Roll on June, forget Christmas, all downhill to the summer for me!!

Rich.

Hi

Has anyone stayed at the Villa White House in Kalami (it's named as a villa but is actually a 4 bedroomed apartment), the one on the top floor of the White House itself, next to the taverna, rather than the apartments across the road?

If so, how was it?

Thanks
Ross
