Avlaki Description
Situated between the village of Agios Stephanos to the south and the bigger livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most of Corfu's visitors. It is a long beautiful bay with clear sea - a few villas and just two tavernas. It is a very quiet beach, even in during the months of July and August/ During the afternoon a sea breeze helps cool the midday heat.

Who is Avlaki for?
Those looking for a quiet, unspoilt location with good beach and swimming. There are numerous coastal and olive grove walks to Kassiopi, the nearest town, and also nearby Saint Stephanos. Teenage children will be attracted to the sailing school and nearby Kassiopi with its selection of bars.

Places Close to Avlaki
Those looking for night-life need only to head to Kassiopi which is a 20 min walk. In the opposite direction is Staint Stephanos with an excellent sel;ection of tavernas and a couple of bars, about a 25 min walk.
Agni Bay
Agni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel.In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and
this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of
local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu
Nissaki Corfu
Nissaki is a small, pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach of fine pebbles, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in Greek cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs): Nissaki Corfu
Krouzeri Corfu
Krouzeri has a long beach (pebble and sand) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs).
Kalami
The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for
both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also
ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and
