These two bright and modern apartments are at the top of the building just 50 metres from the sea in Aghia Efimia.
Early booking is recommended as they are both in high demand due to their location and layout.
The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished each one having 2 balconies offering super sea views.
These apartments are perfect for those wanting to stay close to the sea and all the amenities of Aghia Efimia. As there is only one of each type of apartment, early booking is recommended.

On the top floor of a commercial building there are two split level apartments. Kleo has twin beds on the upper level which has a separate wc. There is room for a third person on a sofa-bed downstairs. The downstairs level is an open plan kitchen/living dining room with separate shower room and wc. Each floor has its own private balcony.
Kaliopy is a two bedroomed apartment with double bed on the upper level and twin beds in a downstairs separate bedroom. The downstairs level has open plan kitchen/dining and living room where a sofa-bed can sleep a 5th person if required.

SAMI

Sami is the second busiest port on Kefalonia with ferries serving other island. It is a very charming working town with it's harbour long waterfront, lined with restaurants and tavernas offering a fine selection of foods. Sami dates back to the prehistoric period. Homer described Sami as part of the kingdom of Ulysses, the leader of Cephallenes.

Aghia Efimia is very centrally situated on the island with easy routes to Assos and Fiscardo and the bay of Myrtos. Closer to home, along the coastal road to the South is the lake of Melissani, the lively port of Sami and the nearby caves of Drogarati.

Beaches along the south east coast tend to be pebbly and from Sami down to Poros the coastline offers mostly beaches which are inaccessible by road. Antisammos is probably the most famous in this area as it was one of the locations used when filming Captain Corelli's Mandolin.
