The villa is situated in a panoramic and peaceful position in the Florentine Chianti hills, where the provinces of Florence, Pisa and Siena meet. It is a very central location relating to Tuscany's most important places of historic, cultural and gastronomic interest.

In 1800 the villa was the home of the Marchese Pucci - it has now been renovated and made into a country residence.

The house is surrounded by a large, equipped and fenced-in garden featuring a splendid swimming pool (18x4m) for the exclusive use of the guests. The pool is generally available from the beginning of May until the end of September, weather dependent.
