There is a shared laundry room equipped with washing machine and drier that is available for guests use.

Outside, the property is set amidst well maintained lawns and benefits from a large pool and a solarium.

This light and airy space is simply furnished and has a glazed door leading outside. There is a broad stone archway leading through to the kitchen and dining area.

A pleasant Tuscan dining table and chairs that seats 4 comfortably takes centre stage in this area. Around two of the stone walls is the kitchen, which is equipped with a small oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The double bedroom is spacious and attractively furnished in typically Tuscan style. It enjoys plenty of natural light with 3 windows facing different aspects.

There is a good sized shower room with fittings that include a bidet.

The estate itself is some 30 hectares in total. The property sits within it and enjoys its own extensive gardens in which a swimming pool, a 30m2 solarium and plenty of garden furniture.

The swimming pool, which is available between 1st May and 3rd October annually, has dimensions of 5.5 x 13.5m and a maximum depth of 2.4m.

The medieval hilltop village of Radda, in Chianti, is 40km.
Florence, with its fabulous architecture and centre which is a UNESCO world heritage site, is capital of the Tuscany region. Known as The Cradle of the Renaissance, it is 77kms distant.
