Payment

Agni Travel offers flexible payment options and these include paying in Euros or GBP Pounds. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. (Unlike most travel companies, Agni Travel does not charge a commission for paying by credit card, cheque, or bank transfer.)

Credit Card
Payments in GBP can be made by credit card using our online system. For security reasons, we cannot at this date take GBP payments via the phone.
Bank Transfer
To pay by bank transfer, please email sales@agni.gr for the details of our Natwest UK Bank account.
Cheque
Payable to "Agni Travel Limited" and sent to our UK Office:

(Please note that, depending on the owners' preference, some of our properties can only be paid for in Euros.)

Credit Card
Payment in Euros can be made using credit card, online or over the phone.
Bank Transfer
To pay by bank transfer, please email sales@agni.gr for the details of our Greek Bank account.

Our online secure-server software encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number and reservation details. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. For your peace of mind, we oversee all payments to prevent duplicate or over payments. At no time is your credit card number stored by our system.

Accommodation payments are taken in two stages:

• Deposit payment: to confirm a reservation a 20% deposit payment is required.
  
• Balance Payment: the accommodation balance, (plus any car/boat hire or extras chosen) is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
  

When you are ready to confirm your reservation, your deposit payment will be required. Simply contact us and we will email your a coded link, to our payment system: sales@agni.gr

Our online payment system, created by Agni Travel, is very easy to use and will guide you through the payment stages. Note that the Agni team oversees all payments to prevent any duplicate or overpayments. Your confidence and security is our priority.

At the time of your 'Balance Payment', we will help arrange your transfer from the airport or port and any island transfers, that you require, to Paxos for example. We can arrange a hire-car or taxi to be waiting and you will be met by our local representative. Should you require driving instructions, they will be automatically emailed to you.

All Agni Travel properties are priced in Euros. If you decide to pay in GBP then the current exchange rate will be used. At that stage, the price will remain fixed in GBP and will not change even if the exchange rate fluctuates.

Please note that accommodation payments cannot be paid for in mixed currencies. Whichever currency is used for the deposit the same must be used for the balance.
