Agios Stefanos is a fabulous location - especially for a quiet holiday. Just enough shops, restaurants and bars in the town or nearby for a week's stay. And fantastic beaches in nearby bays. Really lovely view from the apartment balcony.

A compact, clean and more than adequate apartment for one or two people, right in the centre of the village.

Beds are firm but comfie, plenty of wardrobe space. The shower is in serious need of a shower curtain or screen as the bathroom is prone to flood!! But to beat the problem I borrowed the mop and bucket left in the hall and mopped up straight away - the cleanest bathroom floor in Corfu!

The terrace is super - great views and well placed for the gorgeous sunrise, checking out the waves during a storm, and the perfect location to catch the sun on the sunbeds until about 3pm ish ( in October ).

The kitchen is pretty well equipped, although worktop space is limited but for a holiday its fine. Kettle, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils provided; but no microwave. Cooker with oven and grill is very efficient.

The TV has really limited channels so I wouldnt put an evening in infront of the "box" on the itinerary!

However, this was my fourth trip to Ag Stephanos with Agni this year; and once again they excelled themselves making my travel simple, professional and totally uncomplicated. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We were delighted to visit Agios Stephanos again after 20 years, especially as it really hasn't changed much...although the weather could have been kinder.

Theophilos 1 is a charming, well-kept, compact apartment, with a spacious terrace that offers great views over the sea and village. We thought it was in an excellent location, being very near tavernas and at the right end of the village for Kerasia beach. The living room/kitchen was pretty well-equipped and, although the light is rather bright, we used the lamps from the bedroom to create a softer evening light! We did, however, agree with other reviews about the lack of a shower curtain, as it was impossible to have a decent shower without making the floor very wet and a potential hazard, even with the towel provided as bathmat.

We stayed here in October 2009. A clean and comfortable apartment, with a wonderful view across the bay. Ideally situated for the local Tavernas and supermarkets.

Small apartment - advertised as suitable for three but would be very cramped. Location excellent for those not wishing to hire a car and who are unable to manage more than a short flight of steps. Wonderful views from more than adequate balcony. Well equippped.

Downsides - firm beds and lack of English language television channels on the television.

Theophilos 1 has an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Shops, bars, tavernas and beach are all on your doorstep.
The view from the balcony is beautiful, as good if not better than anywhere I have travelled to.
The accommodation is good and comfortable for 2, the air conditioning effective, when needed.
The resort is very friendly with good reasonably priced food and excellent customer service. The beach is stoney making getting in and out of the sea uncomfortable without appropriate footwear.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and both feel that the Agni brochure accurately describes what to expect.

This is a lovely small property, with not too many stairs to access it, but must have one of the best views of the harbour area from the balcony.
The owners are just across the way and soon resolve any issues you may have. We had a fridge failure when we were there last year, and they got us a quick replacement within an hour of telling Eleni!
You are on the village doorstep as it were, so a little noise may be expected now and then, but it nice to be so close to the tavernas and shops, and not have to drive in the evenings.
It is also reassuring to know Agni are there to assist should you need them.

Just returned from a restful Autumn beak at the Theophilos apartments. The weather was clement and Eleni, the closeby owner kindly and considerately ensured that we made the best of our time, with advice on where to go. We were pleasantly surprised that even in late October that a number of tavernas were still open. A visit to Corfu town is a must, so too is the beach of Avlaki - a good walk, but worth it. Paul, from Agni Travel, visited twice (concerned that the weather was not perfect) and brought us a selection of reading books! Great service.

All in all, thoroughly recommended!
