A great villa, on a lovely family-friendly beach in Northern Corfu. Easily as good as it looks in the photos, it suited our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenaged daughters) perfectly

The Beach House property was absolutely perfect. It is a spacious accomodation for 6 people and everything within the villa was in great working order. We want to thank the staff that attended to the grounds and the villa during our stay. They were very friendly and made us feel very much at home.
The views from both the upper and ground level offered us a great sense of tranquility and beauty. The beach area in-front of the beach house was great for kids, with metres of shallow water and good sand for building sand castles.
The surrounding area offered restaurants within walking distance and gas, mini-markets, and local nightlife within a short drive.
We also want to thank Agni Travel for their timely and professional service. Everything was found as detailed in our communications and your follow-up calls were very much appreciated. In addition, we are were also very pleased with the quality of service of the car rental, Agni Cars, that you connected us with. They were friendly, prompt, well-informed, and very accomodating.
We have already recommended the Agni Travel to friends and hope to book future accomodations with you again.

This holiday turned out to be everything it said 'on the packet' and more. The house was BEAUTIFUL - well appointed, well equipped, plenty of space for 6 of us to relax and unwind, clean (and cleaned regularly), tranquil and all the good things mentioned by previous visitors.
The only two things I had any worries about were:
a) mosquitoes, which we deterred with large quantities of DEET and mozzie machines at night (the house had several plug-in mozzie oil devices to supplement our own)
b) the short, steep, windy drive down to the house, which we got used to and after a couple of trips wasn't as bad as it looked at the start. By the end of the week, we had concluded that most properties we liked in that area either had a steep drive up or a steep drive down. It was well worth the effort for the idyllic location.
Agni were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The travel directions were the most comprehensive I have ever seen!
We could get ALL we needed self-catering food-wise from the Nikos supermarket, 5 minutes away on the main road outside Kasiopi. They were very friendly and very well stocked.
We enjoyed eating out at the Tavernas along the beach and at the Janis Taverna in Kasiopi. We had an excellent, celebratory meal at the Trilogia Restaurant, Kasiopi, with LOVELY views over the sea.
I have mentioned how 'fab' everything was to several friends and recommended they get in touch with Agni.

We had the most fantastic holiday at the beach house at the end of May begining of June 2010. My mother, myself and a 9 and a 7 year old. We arrived at night - when you say the drive is a little steep make that extremely steep so if you arrive in the dark as we did be prepared!
The house itself is the perfect holiday house. It has everything you need and more. The swimming pool is fantastic and everything is clean and very well looked after.
The views to Albania are stunningly beautiful.
The house was very quiet at night. Take mozzie repellent with you!
The beach is perfect for children and very safe. The jetty is great fun for jumping off! It is so rickety looking but quite safe.
We rented a boat which we collected in San Stephanos - all arranged by Agni. I really reccomend this as it gives your holiday another dimension and even if you are a novice boat driver there is always someone at hand to help you at the taverna jettys.
Agni Taverna is also a must - extremely good food and a friendly welcome.
Harry's taverna in Perithera - don't be put off by the name - is excellent
Eucalyptus in San Stephanos is also extremely good.
The weather wasn't great for the majority of the week overcast with some rain but that didn't stop us having possibly the best beach holiday we have ever had. Sadly my husband had just started a new job so couldn't join us and my bbq skills are rubbish so the outdoor kitchen didn't get as much use as I had hoped!
I have already reccommended Agni to many of our friends and we will hopefully return again THANK YOU!!

Thank you for a lovely holiday at The Beach House. The house was exactly as described in the brochure, perfect and within a day all the family said that they would like to return. The driveway was a bit scary but our drivers became experts. The infinity pool, gardens, outside eating area and beach were just delightful and we enjoyed walking to the nearby tavernas. We all had a lot of fun and relaxation.

Dear Agni,
Just returned from a wonderful week at The Beach House. Stunning villa and perfect location although we were unfortunate to have quite a few overcast days and even rain and storms so the only suggestion I have to improve the villa would have been a few board games to keep us entertained! A truly memorable holiday and lots of grassy lawn for my 2 yr old to run around without being too close to the poolside. Our first attempt at cooking pizza in the pizza oven was a tremendous success,
I would thoroughly recommend The Beach House for a perfect holiday destination.

We had a lovely two week stay at The Beach House. A beautiful 3 bed room villa with supper pool & well cared for gardens. A real home from home, clean and tidy inside.
Thank you Agni Travel for your help and kindness throughout our stay.
The weather was amazing: about 35c most days. The pool was essential and we couldn't get our children 3 out of it when we didn't spend days on the beach. The Beach is sandy and just in front of the villa - about 20 or 30 steps! (It is also about 2km long!) Enjoyed hiring pedalows and canoes. We didn't need to hire a car, everything in walking distance but. For eating out, we found the best taverna was Nikolas - less than 5mins walk.
Overall, a great holiday & would certainly recommend The Beach house to everyone. We will certainly return in the future.
Dear Agni Travel
Thank you for helping us arrange our holiday at The Beach House. We loved every minute and the location was ideal for our family. Although we spent a lot of time in and by the pool, having our own sunbeds on the beach was fantastic and the sea was so warm! We used the outdoor kitchen nearly every night to BBQ and even tried our hand at pizza-making - messy but fun! The tavernas were close but not too close and we enjoyed staggering back along the beach on the evenings we ate out.
All in all it was fantastic, thank you.
We were met at the airport by their rep Paul. We knew from that moment that this was going to be a special holiday. Everything was arranged and waiting for us - even though our flight was more than an hour late. We had a jeep and a taxi for any extra luggage. The drive to the villa was easy as we had printed the Agni Travel driving instructions (probably the best that we have ever followed as they have photos at strategic places!)
When we arrived at the villa, we could not believe the location - right on a sandy beach - exactly as described. The pool and grounds merged onto the beach which was almost totally private (and even included our own sunbeds.) The most useful feature was the outside BBQ kitchen and is where we often cooked. The nearby tavernas were just a short work and we visited one most days.
The sandy beach of Kalamaki was a delight and very safe for our two young children. No tide or large waves and you have to walkout very far before it gets deep enough to swim. In fact the water was almost like a bath.
Next to the villa is another (also by the same owner), initial it was of concern, but it did not intrude and overall, even though 'The Beach House' is, just that, we rated it as being very private.
Did I mention the drive? It is a little steep - mind you there wasn't really any need to leave the villa except for stocking up at the nearby supermarket.
Simply outstanding seaviews and a beautiful secluded and private pool. Views down to Agni bay, where you can even see who is moored to the jetty at Taverna Agni! The perfect villa for couples or a small family looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.
