Village life at its best; spent another wonderful week here - loved lying in bed (master bedroom)listening to the sea at night was a rare treat. During the day time a bit of village hubbub, but supermarkets and everything you want is a second away so little compromise when the waste lorry collects from Kaparellis at 8am on the dot every morning! However, the sun terrace got plenty of use, loved the insect screens inside the window frames and facilites were all above expectations. Debbie the housekeeper kept us very well looked after indeed.
It's a short drive to the lovely beach at Kerasia, no effort to rent a boat from the beach 5 footseps away (Ask Leonora at San Stefano Boats if she will let you borrow the key to her wi-fi)..in fact nothing is too much effort here.
- all in all a great village centre location not far to stumble home to after a few too many glasses of Rose in one of the lovely tavernas, Mojitos in Damianos Bar, or B52's in Waves...just leave the car keys at home at night and enjoy!

It was a very pleasant stay and we were very happy with the accommodation. Excellent position but there is a bit of noise which is part of village life which some people looking for quite will not appreciate. The little supermarket next door, was extremely helpfull and we ordered our dayly requirements from them. Good meat and fresh vegetables.Boat hire also very convenient.

We were a group of 3 couples and had wonderful two weeks in Paola house.The service of Agni travel was perfect and very professional.Everybody in this small village was extremly friendly and polite especially the Owner and the crew of the opposite taverne.Unfortunately the house owner was the pure opposit he treated us as if we were enemies and not his guests.Nevertheless he was not able to make our holydays goe bad and so we thank all the rest of this nice village for these great days in a wonderfull area.

We found the house/villa absolutely excellent: it was just the right size for us and a nice building and well equipped; it is in an ideal position near the harbour and has excellent terraces for sitting outside. We were very impressed that the helpful cleaner came twice a week, with clean towels etc., and kept the place clean and tidy. All your staff were always helpful and courteous (and so also was the house owner). Agios Stefanos is a lovely village and all the locals are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We can fully understand why visitors come back again frequently. So, as you can gather, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Paola House.
Simply outstanding seaviews and a beautiful secluded and private pool. Views down to Agni bay, where you can even see who is moored to the jetty at Taverna Agni! The perfect villa for couples or a small family looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.
