Who Created the Corfu Travel Guide

I came on holiday, but stayed and married the Taverna owners daughter called Eleni!- we are now known locally as the 'Shirley Valentine couple!'

It is true, after a two week holiday I stayed! That was ten years ago. I met Eleni at taverna Agni while on holiday. We married, and now we have a beautiful daughter - Aphrodite. Some may describe me (unfairly) as a computer Geek who runs a Greek taverna. Well firstly, it is true I do know about computers as I have a Masters in the subject and have taught at several universities. But, I enjoy the taverna and we try to offer a true Greek experience coupled with excellent service and food.

That would be great. Many during their holiday make the effort to come and find our taverna (which is not that easy). I love to meet and discuss the web site with the many who enjoy and have used it to help enhance their holiday - that though is not the only reason I run this site. Recently I have come under criticism by those who do not know me well for 'running a commercial venture'. I love the site and enjoy adding my Corfu experiences and information and will continue to do so. If you visit the taverna then I look forward to meeting you - please though do not expect me to be able to sit down and chat - especially if we are busy. Also please note that I do not have much time to view the message boards - so do not be disappointed if you mention that you have posted some messages on the message boards and yet I have never heard of you!
