There are four, excellent, tavernas in Kalami:

White House Taverna

Over looking Kalami bay at the far end of the village, is the famous White House where Laurence Durell lived while he wrote the book Prospero's Cell. The White House is now a taverna, with apartmemnts for rent above.

Thomas Taverna

Situated on the beach in the middle of Kalami bay.

Kalami Beach Taverna

Dimitris Taverna

Dimitri's Taverna is located above Kalami and serves variations on traditional Greek cuisine. Dimitri will also arrange to collect you and take you home.
