A safe beach and clean sea. The sea is shallow at first then in parts quickly deepens. Caution is recommended for those with small children.

Accessibility

There are no steps to the main beach in Kalami, it is on the flat, if bringing a car parking is close to the beach. There is also a wooden path making walking along the beach, even at night, easier.

Cleanliness and Urchins

Kalami beach is extremely clean there are no sea urchins. Kalami is a Blue Flag Beach, this is an award given by the EEC for recommended beaches.
